About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential, railway, or other civil construction projects and be willing to travel between 3–4 project sites to ensure quality execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily construction activities at assigned project sites.
● Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
● Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and vendors.
● Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality
standards.
● Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
● Monitor manpower deployment and resource utilization.
● Ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
● Maintain compliance with safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.
● Identify and resolve in office issues to avoid project delays.
● Coordinate with the project team and management for smooth project execution.
● Visit and monitor 3–4 project sites as required.
Key Requirements
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in Residential, Railway, Infrastructure, or other Civil
Construction projects.
● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
● Strong knowledge of construction activities, site execution, and quality standards.
● Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with site teams.
● Good communication and reporting skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
● Must be willing to travel regularly between multiple project sites.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in handling multiple sites simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
● Knowledge of construction safety practices and site documentation.
● Immediate joiners will be preferred.

CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA
Travel: Required to visit 3–4 project sites regularly (Travel allowance will be provided)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
