Role Overview:

We are seeking a Placement Manager who can build strong connections with industry partners and support our students in securing the best career opportunities. The candidate should have positive communication skills, and having knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and the ability to coordinate with company HRs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with company HRs and recruiters for student placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement-related events.
- Maintain and update student placement records and company databases using MS Excel & MS Word.
- Guide and train students in resume building, interview skills, and communication skills.
- Prepare MIS reports on placement progress and share with management.
- Coordinate with academic departments to enhance student employability.




- Ensure smooth execution of all placement-related activities.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations (Education/Training background preferred).
- Good knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word.
- Good communication skills to interact with recruiters.
- Ability to achieve placement targets under timelines.

Note:

- Candidate may have to travel for shorter distance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
