Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

Job Brief

We are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software

through both manual and automated testing. You should have hands-on experience testing

web and mobile applications, writing automation scripts, and identifying issues before they

reach production.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers

to ensure our healthcare applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and

performance.

Responsibilities

Manual Testing: Analyze business requirements, prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases,

and perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.

Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Python,

Selenium, and Playwright to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.





Mobile Application Testing: Test Flutter-based Android and iOS applications, ensuring

functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance across multiple devices.

Bug Tracking & Reporting: Log, track, prioritize, and verify defects using Jira. Work closely with

developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes before release.

Quality Assurance: Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to

ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing

Life Cycle (STLC).

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving test processes, automation coverage, and

overall product quality through proactive feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

Manual Testing: Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience in preparing test cases,

executing test plans, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.

Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright.

Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts.

Mobile Testing: Experience testing Flutter-based mobile applications on Android and iOS

platforms.

Bug Management: Hands-on experience using Jira for defect tracking, bug lifecycle

management, and verification.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes

and collaborate effectively with development teams.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work

effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure, meet project deadlines, manage multiple

tasks, and work flexible hours when required.
