Job Responsibilities – QC Chemist/ Analyst

- Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products as per SOPs.
- Carry out chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis (UV, IR, KF, etc) as per pharmacopeia methods or validated in-house methods.
- Conduct water, stability, and environmental monitoring sample analysis.
- Maintain Good Laboratory Practices GLP and ensure all activities comply with cGMP guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and maintain test records, logbooks, COAs, and stability data accurately
- Ensure proper documentation as per ALCOA+ principles
- Execute pharmacopeia and non-pharmacopeia test procedures.
- Assist in method validation, instrument calibration, and verification activities.
- Support analytical method transfer between sites when required.
- Ensure materials and products meet specifications before release.
- Perform Out of Specification, OOT Out of Trend, and deviation investigations with QA.
- Support in stability studies,



product complaints, and market recalls from QC perspective.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments like, UV-Vis, KF, etc.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance and qualification of instruments.
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits (FDA, WHO etc.).
- Ensure laboratory compliance with data integrity requirements.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and handle hazardous chemicals with proper PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in laboratory premises.
- Participate in training programs to update knowledge of pharmacopeias and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvements and lab efficiency initiatives.

Pay: ₹11,276.43 - ₹22,085.50 per month
