Job description:

Position: BDM – Marketing & Digital Marketing

Industry: Architecture, Interior Design & Real Estate Consultancy.

Space Design Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen our marketing, client acquisition, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads for architectural, interior, institutional, commercial, residential, and government projects
- Build relationships with developers, builders, corporates, consultants, and government organizations
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Handle social media planning, content coordination, lead generation, and brand promotion
- Prepare company presentations, proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects and potential clients




- Coordinate with the design team for project portfolios, presentations, and promotional content
- Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and business development records Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in business development or digital marketing
- Experience in architecture, construction, real estate, interiors, or consultancy will be preferred
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and lead-generation tools
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
