Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Stores Incharge to join our team at Olpad, Surat, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
✅ Ensure accurate stock records and regular physical verification.
✅ Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchase requisitions.
✅ Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
✅ Maintain GRN, MRN, issue slips, and ERP records.
✅ Generate inventory, stock variance, and audit reports.
✅ Coordinate with Purchase, Planning, and Production departments.
✅ Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
✅ Lead and train store assistants and support staff.

Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.




✔ Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory software.
✔ Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
✔ Robust communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
✔ Understanding of material handling, documentation, and audit processes.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management, preferably in Heavy Fabrication or Manufacturing Industry.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
