Job Title: Senior Steward

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Steward to oversee daily service operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily floor operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and monitor junior stewards and service staff.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.




- Ensure tables are set up as per service standards.
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B; service.
- Experience in café / restaurant / QSR preferred.
- Solid communication and customer handling skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Good knowledge of service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
