Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide on-site support at colleges and hospitals in Kalyani. The candidate will help users operate our College Management System (CMS) and Hospital Management System (HMS), resolve basic issues, and report software-related problems to our development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic IT and software support at client locations.
- Help users use the College Management System and Hospital Management System.
- Resolve basic software and login-related issues.
- Collect client feedback and report issues to the development team.
- Check whether reported issues have been fixed after updates.
- Assist with data entry and verify data accuracy.
- Install basic software and troubleshoot easy computer issues.




- Maintain daily support reports and communicate with the office team.

Requirements

- B.Sc., BCA, B. Tech, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic coding knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good data entry skills and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to colleges and hospitals in Kalyani.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
