We are looking for an Assistant HR / Contractor Onboarding Assistant to find, hire, and onboard individual cleaners or cleaning companies in Canada. The role involves explaining our services, onboarding contractors who agree to work with us, and regularly sharing client leads with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find and connect with individual cleaners and cleaning companies in Canada via social media platforms.
- Explain our services and business model clearly
- Onboard contractors who agree to our terms
- Maintain and update the contractor list
- Share client leads with onboarded contractors on a regular basis
- Coordinate and follow up with contractors professionally

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi as well.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Laptop/phone with reliable internet connection
- Target-driven and professional approach
