You will work with Customer Engineering on escalations to address critical customer issues by: Collaborating with core engineering teams, Customer Support, Incident Management, and customers to stabilize and optimize enterprise environments. Performing root cause analysis and kernel-level debugging on supported enterprise operating systems running on Dell hardware. Applying your expertise in computer architecture and OS internals to resolve complex issues and improve system resilience.
Driving impact beyond technical problem-solving by shaping strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience, and operational excellence.You will:
