- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank records and accounting records promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation of all banking transactions.
4. Accounts Receivable & Collection Follow-up
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Maintain ageing reports and provide periodic updates on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and disputes.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
5. ERP & Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate financial transactions and receivable records in the ERP system.
- Update customer account information, payment status, outstanding balances, and necessary financial adjustments.
- Ensure ERP data remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Verify that monthly financial records are aligned with supporting documentation.
6. MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare Daily Revenue Collection MIS and other periodic financial reports.
- Generate monthly revenue reports and management dashboards.
- Analyse revenue trends, collection performance, and outstanding balances.
- Present accurate financial data to management for informed decision-making.
7. Accounting & Tally Operations
- Record monthly revenue transactions in Tally and ensure proper ledger postings.
- Ensure all accounting entries comply with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
8. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide complete revenue-related documentation and explanations as required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
- Maintain accurate financial records to support audit readiness.
9. Stakeholder Coordination
- Respond to finance-related queries from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, contracts, and operations for revenue and billing matters.
- Escalate unresolved financial issues to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
Qualification
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Banking Operations, GST, and Financial Reporting.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant/Deputy Manager role handling finance operations, revenue management, receivables, and accounting functions.
- Experience in managing audits, ERP-based accounting, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance is preferred.
The local candidates from Hyderabad City - Telangana will be preferred for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
