Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Provide technical support for operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with vendors for application support.
- Support ERP/SAP users by resolving basic system issues and coordinating with the implementation team when required.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Create and manage user IDs, email accounts, system access, and password resets.
- Maintain antivirus software, system updates, backups, and basic IT security measures.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, service reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC services, internet, and networking support.
- Provide IT support during meetings, video conferences, and company events.




- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and minimize system downtime.
- Handle any other IT-related assignments as assigned by Management/HOD.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
- Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Router & Switch Configuration
- CCTV Installation & Maintenance
- ERP/SAP User Support (Preferred)
- Printer, Scanner & Peripheral Device Support
- Basic Knowledge of Server Management & Data Backup
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good Problem-Solving & Communication Skills

Experience: 2–5 Years in same field
Qualification: Diploma in hardware or software , related field

No transport or conveyance facility will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
