About the Role

Vibrant Bearings & Industrial Products is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by generating leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth follow-up throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms and other sales channels.
- Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Update customer records and sales activities in internal systems.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Meet monthly sales coordination and lead management targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the industrial products, engineering, bearings, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience preparing quotations and handling customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
