Augurs Technologies is seeking a talented, experienced UI/UX Designer to join our agile team. In this role, you will create user-centered designs that provide an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision) and strong command of visual design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for crafting intuitive, user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
- Commitment to continuous learning, and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and address user pain points.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines across all design elements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to streamline the design process.
- Stay informed of current design trends and best practices to enhance design quality and innovation continuously.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- User interface animation principles (e.g - microinteractions)
- Accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance)
- User experience (UX) writing
- Prototyping tools like After Effects or ProtoPie
