· Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person for Showroom Support .1 year of Experience only

· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

· Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems and software.

· Assist with password resets, user account management, and access provisioning.

· Document and track issues, resolutions, and work performed in the ticketing system.

· Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

· Provide guidance and training to end-users on best practices and the use of IT resources.

· Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.

· Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for IT equipment.

· Support IT projects and initiatives as required.

· Proven experience in a similar desktop support or technical support role.

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.





· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
