Staff Management: Interview, hire, supervise, and evaluate both teaching and non-teaching staff, and provide continuous career development. Student Affairs: Oversee admissions, manage discipline, monitor student performance data,



and resolve grievances from students or parents. Administrative Operations: Develop and assign the annual master school schedule, handle the budget, and maintain school facilities. Compliance: Ensure the institution strictly adheres to local education board policies (e.g., State
