Job Title : ERP Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Executive to manage, maintain, and optimize our ERP system across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales, finance, and retail operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP administration, user support, data management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth system functionality.
- Configure and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with ERP vendors or implementation partners for issue resolution.
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of recent features.
- Work closely with departments including Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Warehouse, Retail, Finance, HR, and Sales to streamline business processes.
- Understand operational workflows and recommend ERP improvements to increase efficiency.




- Ensure standardization of ERP processes across departments.
- Create and maintain master data such as:
- Item Masters
- Vendor Masters
- Customer Masters
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Style Masters
- Size and Color Masters
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all ERP modules.
- Perform periodic data validation and cleanup.

Required Skill:

- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, production, sales, and finance modules.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to train users and prepare documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,078.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
