Benaras is a fashion house with production and corporate teams. We need an HR manager to manage both white-collar and blue-collar HR: recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle for white-collar and blue-collar roles Payroll, attendance, and employee records management Statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment Act Employee grievances and workplace culture HR policy development Training and engagement programs
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, 2+ in garments or manufacturing White-collar and blue-collar recruitment experience Independent ESIC, PF, and statutory compliance Payroll for 100+ employees Labour relations experience
Nice to Have
- Garment industry specifically HRMS software
