About the Team
The Content Management Team, within the National Knowledge Management organization, manages Canvas, Grant Thornton’s SharePoint-based intranet platform. The team ensures employees can easily discover, access, and engage with reliable and relevant information. The team partners with business stakeholders across service lines to publish, govern, and continuously improve intranet content and the overall digital workplace experience.
Role Summary
As an Analyst – Content Management, you will support the day-to-day management of Canvas and play a key role in delivering an engaging, accurate, and well-governed employee experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Knowledge Management teams, and internal customers to create, publish, maintain, and retire content while ensuring adherence to governance, branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content on Canvas, Grant Thornton’s SharePoint-based intranet platform.
- Review, analyze, and fulfil content requests submitted by business stakeholders.
- Create, edit, update, and maintain pages, news articles, events, links, and supporting content assets.
- Ensure adherence to content governance standards, branding guidelines, metadata requirements, accessibility standards, and publishing best practices.
- Support content lifecycle management activities including content review, archiving, and retirement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective intranet content.
- Provide guidance to content owners on content structure, formatting, and user experience best practices.
- Investigate and resolve content-related issues and user feedback in collaboration with KM and technology teams.
- Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance content quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Participate in team discussions, projects, and innovation initiatives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of SharePoint Online, intranet platforms, content management systems, or digital workplace tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of content governance, information architecture, and web publishing principles is an advantage.
Other details
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Content Management, Knowledge Management, Communications, Digital Workplace, Web Publishing, SharePoint, or related domains.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical, and technology skills are encouraged to apply.
