Store Executive

Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for handling daily store operations, customer service, stock management, billing, and maintaining proper store display and hygiene standards to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper stock availability and inventory records.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
- Conduct billing and cash handling accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for stock and billing updates.
- Monitor expiry products, damages, and stock discrepancies.
- Support sampling and promotional activities at the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.




- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
- Stock management and reporting skills.
- Team coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in retail/store workplace.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience:

1–3 years of retail/store handling experience preferred.

Reporting To:

- Store Manager / Operations Manager

Salary -14k to 18k
