Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
- Experience working with various data exchange protocols and middleware technologies.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
