About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Export to expand our international business. The ideal candidate should have experience in export sales, international customer handling, and developing overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate export business through international buyers, distributors, importers, and wholesalers.
- Identify new markets and develop new export opportunities.
- Handle export inquiries from initial contact to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely shipments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
- Participate in international trade fairs, B2B platforms, and online lead generation activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Food Technology, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales (Food/FMCG/Cosmetics/Textiles preferred).
- Good knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international payment methods, and shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience with B2B platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
