HyreSpot is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our channel partner network across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute area sales plans

Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers and distributors

Generate leads and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

Build and maintain strong partner and customer relationships

Provide product training, sales support and business reviews to partners

Track sales, conversions and partner productivity

Study market and competitor activity

Coordinate with marketing, operations and support teams

Willingness to travel across the assigned territory

Requirements

3-6 years experience in Area Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development

Experience in partner management and territory development





Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools

Any Bachelor's Degree

Local business network is an advantage
