Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who can effectively coordinate with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and service visits.
- Maintain patient records and update data regularly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.
- Resolve basic patient queries and escalate issues when required.
- Track service completion and maintain reports.
- Support the operations team in daily coordination activities.

Required Skills





- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
