Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tele sales or inside sales, healthcare clinic.

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, following up on enquiries, scheduling appointments, converting leads into consultations and treatments, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Follow up on leads generated through website enquiries, social media, walk-ins, campaigns, and referrals.
- Explain clinic services, treatment packages, promotions, and offers to potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment bookings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable treatment options based on clinic guidelines.




- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or clinic management software.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front office staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments or discontinued treatments.
- Generate repeat business through existing customers by promoting additional treatments and wellness packages.
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments, conversions, revenue, and customer retention.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly tele sales reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
