- Coordinate daily production work according to the production plan.
- Ensure raw materials are available before production starts.
- Monitor the production process to maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure product quality.
- Work with the Maintenance team to reduce machine breakdowns.
- Prepare daily production and process reports.
- Coordinate with Stores, Planning, Purchase, and Dispatch for smooth material flow.
- Follow safety rules, company procedures, and help improve production efficiency.
