Relevant Experience

3 Years or more in Core Accounting is necessary, Valuable working knowledge of GST and TDS is must

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Managing books of accounts for multiple clients who have outsourced accounting function to us

- Working on GST and TDS return filing for assigned clients

- Monthly closing of books of accounts

- Management Reporting and review calls with client management

- Client communication and management

- Handling audit of clients, coordination with auditors, resolving audit queries, finalisation of Balance Sheet and allied tasks

- Coordination with company secretaries wrt ROC returns and sharing details as required with CS

- Adhering to processes and checklists designed internally time tracking on task management tool

- Filing GST annual





- Client visit for accounting if required depending upon frequency as decided

- Working on allied tasks with respect to clients like GST Annual Return or few one time reconciliation or clean up projects etc if required

- Coordination with client, TL and management as per set processes

Candidate Specifications

- Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must

- Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.

- Good hands on MS Office and different Accounting Software's

- Ready to travel within Pune for Client Visits as and when needed

- Ready for late working as and when needed
