Skyram Technologies is looking for a agile Key Account Manager who can balance client relationship management with hands-on content creation & comfortable managing client communication and invoicing, and equally confident on camera, creating short-form video content.

Job Role: Account Manager
Location: Recent Town Kolkata
Salary range: As per industry standards (based on exp and interview performance)
Experience: 1 to 3 years (Freshers are also welcome with Digital marketing knowledge and interest in client communication).
Qualification: (Any graduate preferring BCA with Digital marketing certification)

Key Responsibilities:

*Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts & day-to-day communication, queries, coordination between client and internal team
*Manage invoicing, billing follow-ups, and documentation for client accounts




*Create and appear in short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with strong on-camera presence and engaging delivery
*Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts aligned with client briefs and trends
*Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
*Bring energy and a proactive attitude to client meetings and content shoots
