We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive who can help expand our outreach, generate qualified leads, and support our business development efforts in a fast-paced BPO / IT setting.
Position: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years
Industry: BPO / IT
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects through various channels
- Generate and qualify leads using BANT methodology
- Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling activities
- Work closely with the sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs
- Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 4 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of B2B lead generation processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
