Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Tester with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Load Testing, Performance Testing, Automation Testing, and Security Testing. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating application quality, identifying defects, analyzing system performance, and ensuring software stability, scalability, and security. The role requires close collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability Testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze application performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
- Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Monitor application behavior under different load conditions and generate performance reports.
- Validate application stability, reliability, and responsiveness across environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Apache JMeter.
- Knowledge of Load Testing, Performance Testing, Stress Testing, and Endurance Testing.
- Experience with Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Security Testing concepts and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL queries.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
