Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in Maintenance planning: fabrication, painting, insulation, and corrosion protection.
- Awareness of Maintenance related codes, standards, and best practices.
- Strong experience in SAP/CMMS systems (SAP-PM, FIORI) for work order planning and tracking.
- Ability to estimate materials, forecast labor and costs, and track execution progress.
- Familiarity with digital tools for job planning and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore personnel.
- Solid stakeholder management and coordination ability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering,
and Execution Contractors to define the full scope of Maintenance repair jobs.
- Conduct offshore surveys as required to estimate job resources (materials, tools, labor, equipment).
- Prepare detailed job plans and work packs, ensuring safe and efficient execution of Maintenance activities.
- Identify potential risks, required permits, and contingencies using planner checklists and maintenance frameworks.
- Plan and schedule work orders using SAP/FIORI, maintaining a healthy backlog aligned with job priorities.
- Validate and update maintenance order fields based on stakeholder feedback (target dates, priorities, function locations, etc.).
- Work with engineering and field teams to resolve technical issues such as corrosion, pipe defects, or structural degradation.
- Coordinate offshore requirements with Execution Leads to ensure smooth workforce allocation.
- Analyze field execution feedback to continuously improve work planning quality and efficiency.
