Commis – Bakery & Restaurant to support our bakery operations. The candidate will assist in basic preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior bakers in daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in basic bakery preparation (weighing, mixing, tray cleaning, pre-preparation)
- Support senior bakers during mise en place and production
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Assist in receiving, storing, and labeling ingredients as per FIFO method
- Minimize wastage and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in bakery, hotel, QSR, or central kitchen
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
