## About the Role
Zentra Global Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company looking for a *detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator* to join our growing operations team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with *Excel, Google Sheets, and computer-based systems*, have strong attention to detail, and be able to manage data accurately in a fast-paced work environment.
## Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and maintain operational data and records.
* Verify shipment, order, inventory, and customer information.
* Identify and resolve data errors or discrepancies.
* Update shipment and order tracking information.
* Maintain organised digital records and databases.
* Prepare reports and assist with daily operational tracking.
* Support the operations team with data and administrative tasks.
## Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administration, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
* Good knowledge of *Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets*.
* Solid typing skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Familiarity with basic spreadsheet functions, sorting, filtering, and formulas.
* Good communication skills in *English and Hindi*.
* Solid organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Willingness to work *Full-Time from our Delhi office*.
