Job Description

- We are seeking an experienced Production Head to oversee and manage our server production operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in server production environments, demonstrating strong leadership skills and technical expertise in managing large-scale production processes.

- - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors and technicians.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Production Management:



Oversee the entire server production lifecycle from planning to execution.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Resource Planning and Optimization: Manage production resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within server production or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of server hardware, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
