Role Overview:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, counter, and workstations.
- Take customer orders and handle billing (POS operations).
- Recommend menu items and upsell products.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrup, and other supplies.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the café.




- Coordinate with the kitchen staff for food orders when required.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly workplace for customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (Training can be provided).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
