We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN to join our team. The candidate must possess relevant skills and desired background.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Must be able to collect, processes, and handle blood and/or other biological specimens accordingly.
- To perform the established procedures; instruct patients in the proper collection of samples and respond to their queries
- Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests in the areas of hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and urinalysis, hormone as assigned;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative chemical analyses of the body fluids such as blood, Urine, and spinal fluid; perform the blood count using a microscope.




- Conducts blood tests for transfusion purposes; might have to draw blood from the patient’s finger, ear lobe, or vein observing principles of asepsis to obtain the correct blood samples.
- Develop and maintain cell/tissue cultures for any testing purpose, as deemed appropriate.
- Isolate and identify any specimens, using advanced laboratory techniques.
- Perform quality control on the test results, ensuring proper validity and accuracy.
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
- Keep record of the reports and results according to established procedures.
- Practice safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- To ensure proper skill of collecting blood samples
- To have appropriate information and knowledge of NABL protocol

Education Qualification:

DMLT/BMLT WITH 2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Monthly Pay Package: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000
