Responsibilities :
- - Key person responsible for attending & solving technical problems and queries on site.
- Day to Day follow-up with different vendors and contractors for proper and timely functioning of the site.
- Providing weekly progress reports to superiors.
- Weekly updating milestone bar chart.
- Providing daily Stock report at the end of the day & keeping a tab on the material procurement needs.
- Ensuring the Safety precautions of the workers and site visitors are in check
- Coordinating with concerned person of various architects, consultants, etc. for drawings and corrections.
Qualifications :
- Graduate / Masters/ Management with 2 to 3 years of experience in construction of high-rise towers with adequate knowledge of PT technology, Basement works, etc.
