Job Title –Project Manager

Reporting to – General Manager

Seating Location – Puthanathani , Malappuram

Operational Area: Across Kerala

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage

waterproofing projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning,

execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring quality standards and

client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and manage waterproofing projects from initiation to completion

 Coordinate with clients, site teams, Technical Team, and internal departments

 Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards

 Monitor site progress and provide regular status reports to management

 Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

 Manage manpower allocation and resource utilization effectively





 Support business development by identifying potential project opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

 M.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience,

OR

 B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field with minimum 5 years of experience

 Experience in the waterproofing industry will be a robust advantage

 Strong project management and leadership skills

 Good communication and coordination abilities

 Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and site practices

 Problem-solving and decision-making skills

 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

 Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
