- Very Good knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Consumer Protection Laws, IPR Laws, Labour Laws & Defamation Law.
- Civil, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Consumer Protection Law and Defamation Law knowledge is a MUST and the candidate must have excellent in-depth knowledge of these laws besides prior experience of practice in aforesaid.
- Must be excellent in Contracts/Agreements Drafting.
- Excellent Legal Drafting skills (MUST).
- Must be very valuable at Case Law Research in case law in legal research case law data bases/ softwares, like - Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT & SLT Online, LexisNexis etc.
- Ability to interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefings, Govt. and Police Authorities.
- Advising Management on legal issues and risks related to business activities.
- Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
- Should have prior experience and exposure and Must be very good in Liasoning with Police / Investigating Authorities relating to legal matters of the Company.
- Should be a leader.



He/ She has to lead a team of Jr Associates/Advocates and Associates/Advocates and handle Law Firm cases independently. Should be good at making winning strategies for client’s cases.

Work Experience :

16- 25 years of experience as Independent Advocate, out of which at least 5 – 7 years of working experience in Trial Court/s and in reputed Law Firm/s.
