Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and HR coordination. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.




- Support in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification:

- BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) only

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with positive academic background can also apply.
- Candidate should be eager to learn and grow in HR functions.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
