Position Title: Assistant Professor – Marketing, Finance & Operations

Location: kundayithodu, Cheruvannur, Calicut

Department: Academics

Reports To: Academic Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor in Marketing, Finance & Operations to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to the development of future professionals. The ideal candidate should possess solid subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Required Qualifications

- MBA or MCom

- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in Human Resources is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Consumer behavior, Marketing management, advertising, banking, Finanacial management, International finance, financial markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, seminars,



and practical sessions in Marketing, Finance and related subjects.

- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments in line with academic standards.

- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.

- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.

- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
