Responsibilities and Duties
- Generating leads from calling.
- Positive Communication & interpersonal skills
- Counseling through Data Calling, e-mail and prospective students walk-in.
- Handling queries over telephone.
- Understand the prospect's needs, goals & concerns.
- Maintain Daily Reports Properly.
- Converting Leads into Walk in.
- Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
- Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success
