Job Description: Accounts Executive (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle daily financial data entry and cloud bookkeeping on Zoho Books.

We are open to hiring both Full-Time professionals looking for a stable career, as well as Part-Time candidates (such as qualified working mothers or commerce students) looking for a flexible, family-friendly schedule.

Position Details

Location: Raipur, Ahmedabad (In-office / On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Employment Type: Full-Time OR Part time (Please specify your preference when applying)

Available Working Hours:

Full-Time Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Part-Time Shifts (Choose One):

- Morning / School Shift: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Ideal for parents balancing school drops/pickups)
- Mid-Day Shift: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately enter daily purchase invoices, sales bills, and expense receipts into Zoho Books.

Banking Logs: Record day-to-day bank and cash transactions into the cloud ERP system.

Reconciliation:



Match and reconcile bank statements with digital ledger entries regularly.

Document Management: Keep track of digital copies of bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.

Reporting: Assist superiors with pulling basic reports (like sales/purchase registers) from Zoho Books as needed.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a similar background with a clear understanding of basic accounting rules (Debit/Credit concepts).

Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience handling basic data entry on Zoho Books (or modern Tally/QuickBooks platforms).

Speed & Accuracy: Good typing speed and high accuracy in numerical data entry.

Location: Must be able to comfortably commute to the Raipur area, Ahmedabad (easily accessible via Ahmedabad BRTS/Metro).
