Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related)
Experience: 1+ years in Tube Laser Machine Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Tube Laser Cutting machines according to production schedules.
- Study and interpret engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and work instructions before commencing production.
- Ensure machine parameters, cutting settings, and material specifications are correctly configured for each job.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout the cutting process.
- Perform self-inspection of finished components using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and report any machine abnormalities or quality issues,
and perform basic troubleshooting where required.
- Complete the daily production plan as per the schedule while maintaining productivity and minimizing material wastage.
- Maintain production records and machine logs accurately.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, quality standards, and 5S workplace practices.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
