West Downs The Heritage Resort is a premium heritage property in Ooty, offering a unique blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase room bookings and brand visibility.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online reputation.
Handle OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) and optimize listings.
Develop partnerships with travel agents, influencers, and corporate clients.
Create promotional offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate photoshoots, content creation,
and branding initiatives.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing (hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
Creative thinking with good analytical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
