House of Fett is a premium women's western wear brand known for bold, contemporary silhouettes and statement dressing. The brand retails through its own stores in leading malls and high streets, a growing franchise network, and retail partners such as Shoppers Stop and Aza Fashions. We are expanding quickly and are looking for sales-driven retail talent who want to grow with the brand.

What You Will Do

- Own sales targets across all 4 Maharashtra stores: Oberoi Mall, Mall of Millennium Pune, Khar West, and Kala Ghoda
- Travel to each store on a regular visit cycle covering Mumbai and Pune
- Drive Store Managers on daily numbers: conversion, ATV, UPT, and team productivity
- Train store teams on product knowledge, styling, selling skills, and store SOPs
- Conduct store audits: visual merchandising, grooming, stock accuracy, and compliance
- Manage cluster inventory health: replenishment, inter-store transfers, and shrinkage control
- Report weekly to head office with sales MIS, store issues,



and market feedback

What We Are Looking For

- Relevant retail experience with a women's fashion label brand (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing multiple stores, with a strong grip on multi-store operations
- Hands-on team trainer: has trained store staff and improved their numbers
- Comfortable with regular travel across Mumbai and Pune, weekends, and festive season working
- Target-driven with robust MIS, Excel, and reporting discipline

Role Details

- Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month plus performance incentives
- Location: Maharashtra, covering Oberoi Mall (Goregaon), Mall of Millennium (Pune), Khar West, and Kala Ghoda
- Employment type: Full time, on-site with regular store travel
- Need to have relevant retail experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience required
