Job Title: Nursing Educator

Job Summary: A Nursing Educator plays a vital role in the healthcare sector,

responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for

nursing staff. This position involves training, mentoring, and ensuring the continuous

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and update nursing education programs,

incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

2. Teaching and Training: Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical training

sessions to nursing students and healthcare professionals.

3. Clinical Supervision: Provide hands-on clinical supervision, ensuring

practical skills are aligned with theoretical knowledge.

4. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools to

evaluate the performance and competence of nursing students and staff.

5. Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to nursing students and new

graduates, fostering professional growth.

6. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in nursing

practices, education, and healthcare technologies.

7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursing staff, educators, and

healthcare professionals to enhance the overall quality of nursing education.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field (Ph.D. may be

- Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Ability to mentor and inspire nursing professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technologies.

Experience:

- Entry-level roles may require relevant teaching experience.
- Senior-level roles may require 7-12 years of experience in nursing education.

- Senior-level roles may require more than 7 years of experience, potentially

with leadership responsibilities.

Working Conditions:
