Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Assessment: Administer and evaluate aptitude tests and personality assessments to gauge the trainee's interests and skill gaps.
- Course Guidance: Advise candidates on the most suitable vocational, technical, or certification programs offered at the centre based on their career goals.
- Career Planning: Provide personalized roadmap planning for trainees to transition into specific industries, trades, or higher education.
- Soft Skills & Placement Support: Coach students on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. Coordinate with local employers to facilitate job placements.
- Batch Enrollment & Retention: Counsel walk-in prospects and inquiries, converting them into course registrations. Monitor student progress to reduce dropout rates and ensure training satisfaction.
- Record Management: Maintain confidential, up-to-date files on trainee enrollment, assessment results, and session notes.
