Technician Hiring and Sales
This team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our platform by expanding Keepe's technician network in our nationwide markets.
Sales Representative
What You'll Do
- Identify and source qualified technicians through various channels
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technicians
- Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate and ensure timely service delivery
What you'll need
- 3 + years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical or service-based industry
- Strong communicator and conversationalist,
easily understood by non-native English speakers over a cold call
- Willingness to do outbound and ability to learn from rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with technicians
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
- A sense of urgency and initiative, and persistence
- High level of initiative and self-motivation to drive sales and meet target
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
