We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour and Travel Executive to enhance our guests' travel and sightseeing experiences.

Role Summary

As a Tour and Travel Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking travel arrangements, local tours, and transportation services. You will be responsible for designing and selling engaging local sightseeing packages, managing bookings through our CRM and online systems, and ensuring seamless travel logistics for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent local knowledge of Puri and surrounding areas, strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Assistance & Itinerary Planning: Advise resort guests on local tourist attractions (e.g., Jagannath Temple, Konark, Chilika Lake) and design customized travel itineraries.
- Package Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell resort-exclusive travel packages, seasonal offers, and combo deals to maximize revenue.
- Booking & System Management: Efficiently handle online and offline travel bookings, ensuring all reservations are accurately logged and updated in the company’s CRM and online booking systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with local transport providers, tour guides,



and external travel agencies to negotiate the best rates and ensure reliable service delivery.
- Operational Support: Coordinate airport/railway station pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring timely and comfortable guest transportation.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to resolve any travel-related issues, schedule changes, or transportation delays to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Track daily travel desk sales and coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams to align travel offerings with upcoming park events and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, resort, or travel agency sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, online booking platforms, and MS Office.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Puri, Konark, and Bhubaneswar tourist circuits.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Odia, and Hindi.
- Attributes: Robust negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and a highly organized, guest-first mindset.
